Supervision Skills Programme - EMCC Accredited

Take your supervision practice to the next level and work towards recognised accreditation as a coach supervisor.

Following completion of our Core Skills Programme, this programme forms part of an EMCC ESQA Accredited Coach Supervisor Development Programme. It is designed for experienced supervisors who want to deepen their supervision capability, strengthen their practice, and achieve a recognised supervision qualification.

Participants build on their existing knowledge and experience, developing advanced coaching supervision skills, reflective practice, and confidence across a range of supervisory contexts. The programme explores coaching supervision frameworks, competencies and professional standards in greater depth, while supporting the ongoing development of supervisor identity, presence and impact.

Participants will develop:

• Advanced coaching supervision skills and practice
• Greater confidence in individual and group supervision
• Reflective practice and professional judgement
• Coaching supervision frameworks and competencies
• Skills in challenge, support and accountability
• A deeper understanding of ethical practice and professional standards

To achieve accreditation, participants complete a Portfolio of Learning, evidence supervision practice hours, and undertake a formal assessment.

This programme is suitable for experienced coaching supervisors, Health Coaches and Health and Wellbeing Coaches looking to achieve recognised accreditation and further develop their supervision practice.
