Refunds and Cancellations Policy
- About us
This store is operated by TPC Health Ltd (we, us, our). We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10500540. Our registered address is 29 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RU. Our main trading address is Floor 3, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH. Our VAT number is 333760703. You can reach us at info@tpchealth.com or on 0208 191 0160.
- What this policy covers
We sell training courses, supervision, coaching and digital learning materials. We do not sell physical goods. Nothing on this store ships to you, so return and delivery terms do not apply. This policy sets out when you get a refund, when you transfer a booking, and how to ask.
- Your 14 day cancellation right as a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. Two exceptions apply.
Where your course, supervision or coaching starts inside the 14 day period and you have started this, we refund the price less a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered.
Where you download or stream digital materials inside the 14 day period, you agree at checkout to immediate access and you accept the loss of your cancellation right for that content.
- Purchases by organisations
Where you buy on behalf of an employer, a practice, a Trust, an ICB or any other organisation, the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. Sections 5 to 10 govern your booking.
- Cancelling after the 14 day period
Written notice reaching us 29 days or more before the first course date receives a full refund less a £50 administration fee.
Written notice reaching us 15 to 28 days before the first course date receives a 50 percent refund.
Written notice reaching us 14 days or fewer before the first course date receives no refund. You can transfer the place instead under section 6 or 7.
- Transfers to another cohort
Where we are running a further cohort, you can transfer once to the next available cohort at no charge if you tell us 15 days or more before the first course date. Inside 15 days we reserve the right to charge a £50 admin fee.
- Substituting a delegate
If you wish to send a colleague in your place, you can do this at no cost up to 3 working days before the first course date. Email us the replacement name and contact details. Accredited programmes require the substitute to meet the entry criteria (if any).
- Non-refundable elements
Accreditation, membership and registration fees paid on your behalf to EMCC, PCI or any other awarding body are non-refundable once submitted. Assessment resubmission fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the resubmission is marked. Bespoke or commissioned content is non-refundable once work begins.
- Missed sessions and non-attendance
Non-attendance at a scheduled session earns no refund and no credit. Where illness or bereavement stops you attending, contact us and we will look at a transfer to a future cohort (where there is one scheduled) on compassionate grounds. We may ask for reasonable evidence.
- Programmes paid in instalments
Cancellation does not cancel the remaining instalments unless we agree a refund under sections 3 or 5. Where we agree a refund, we apply the terms above to the full course price and settle the balance either way.
- If we cancel or reschedule
We sometimes cancel or move a course, for example where numbers fall below the viable minimum. We will tell you as soon as possible. You then choose a place on the next available date or a full refund of everything you paid us. We do not reimburse travel, accommodation or lost income, so please book travel with care.
- Free webinars
Free webinars carry no charge and no refund. Cancel your place at any time through the confirmation email.
- Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 stand alongside this policy. Where digital content fails to work, fails to match its description, or falls short of reasonable care and skill, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund. Nothing here limits those rights.
- How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@tpchealth.com from the address used at checkout. Include your order number, the course name and cohort dates, and the reason for your request. The date your email reaches us sets the notice date. We acknowledge within 2 working days and confirm the outcome within 5 working days.
- How we pay refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of accepting your request. Card refunds take a further 3 to 5 working days to appear, depending on your bank. We do not refund to a different card or account.
- Complaints
Email info@tpchealth.com with the heading Complaint. We respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 20 working days.
- Changes to this policy
We update this page from time to time. The version live on the date of your purchase governs your booking.
- Governing law
English law governs this policy. The courts of England and Wales hold exclusive jurisdiction. Residents of an EU member state keep any rights under local law they cannot contract out of.
