Health Coaching Practitioner - EMCC Accredited

This EMCC Accredited Health Coaching Practitioner programme is designed for experienced practitioners who want to build on their existing health coaching knowledge and develop specialist expertise in health and wellbeing coaching.

Building on our Accredited Health Coaching Skills Programme, participants explore advanced approaches including coaching for behaviour change, wellbeing, resilience, meaning and purpose, positive psychology, transformational coaching and insight development. The programme combines evidence-based theory with extensive skills practice, helping participants develop greater confidence, capability and impact in their coaching conversations.

Participants will develop:

• Advanced health coaching skills and techniques
• Greater confidence supporting complex behaviour change
• Deeper understanding of wellbeing, resilience and positive psychology
• Advanced coaching models, conversation frameworks and practical application
• Specialist expertise in health and wellbeing coaching

Delivered over a series of workshops, the programme provides opportunities for practice, feedback, reflection and assessment, enabling participants to embed their learning in real-world settings.

Successful completion of the programme and portfolio leads to EMCC EQA Practitioner Level accreditation. Participants may also choose to progress to individual EMCC EIA accreditation.
